We've operated in Northwest Louisiana (Shreveport, Bossier City, Benton, Blandchard, Coushatta, and
Stonewall, to name a few) as well as Northeast Texas (Karnack and Center), so we know the area well.
There will be no financial surprises, either before, during, or after the home is completed. Rutledge Builders estimates the required costs prior to the start of the project to ensure that there are no unexpected costs and all changes made by the customer during the process are clearly communicated and priced before proceeding.
The construction process is more reliable and cost-effective when all decisions are made prior to
breaking ground. Depending on the square footage, your dream home will be finished in 3-6 months.
