The Rutledge team and all subcontractors benefit from this relationship, which allows for efficiency and most importantly, continuous communication. Remodeling Process

The remodeling method is similar to that of custom home construction. The only real difference is that since the family is still living in the house, remodeling presents unique challenges. We understand how inconvenient remodeling can be, so we strive to complete the project as quickly and efficiently as possible. Rutledge Builders selects subcontractors with consideration, using only those we can trust in our own home and who have the necessary certifications, insurance, and bonding.

Space extensions, detached garages, bathrooms, kitchens, pool houses, elevators and boathouses have all been part of our remodeling work. Rutledge Builders also provides insurance repairs. We have clients all over Northwest Louisiana (including Shreveport, Bossier City, Benton and the surrounding areas of Caddo, Bossier, DeSoto and Red River Parishes).
